Check Order Status

Want to check the status of your order? Register at salvationarmystore.com and you can track your package with UPS for most orders. Click here to register. Already reg- istered? Click here to sign in. If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our customer service agents via phone: 1-800-345-3036 or via email: info@salvationarmystore.com to track your order.

Order Confirmation

You will receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address: The first confirms that your order was received; this email will arrive within about 24 hours. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order online, via telephone, or email. See the Check Order status section above.

Order Tracking

You may check the status of your salvationarmystore.com orders by logging into your account. If you have an outstanding order, you will see its details. If you have more than one outstanding order, you may go to your Order History page, where you will see orders from the past six months. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details. On the Order Details page, you will see all items in the order, along with the shipping address, shipping method, payment details and any return or exchange information. On the Shipment Summary, you will also see the current status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service for each package. Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages.

Change in Your Order Status

Occasionally, high demand requires us to backorder certain items. If an item is discontinued or backordered for an extended time, we will notify you of it’s status. Sometimes, an item is out of stock and is not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the order. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item, taxes, shipping or handling charges.

When you register and create your account with www.salvationarmystore.com, we will remember your information so that the check- out process is a breeze in the future. You also will be able to store your address information and check order history too.

Can I place an order without registering?

Yes, you can. You can also check your order status via a customer service agent (telephone or email) or online, without regis- tering. Registering will give you access to more detailed information about your order.

We can give you a hint. If you still cannot remember, we can reset your password and e-mail a temporary one to the e-mail address you provided during registration. We do not give out passwords over the phone or e-mail them to a different e-mail address than the one used to register.
